Why work with Molly Arthur?
My philosophy of support is to be in companionship with you on your self-defined journey to well-being. I have experienced such support myself and learned that daily interaction with a real person is the best way to change behavior habits and build a positive outlook about actions that make me feel well and balanced. We will talk daily by ZOOM if you want that support, ( I recommend it!) or we can work together on setting up email or text contact in conjunction with our phone calls. We will want to meet in person at least once a month, if possible.

I work with professionals who will give you the correct advice on what to eat and what other strategies- supplements, therapies etc- are appropriate for your individual health. I will help you on this path, gently.
